About Me
I received my Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor as well as a Certified Perinatal Mood Disorder Specialist.
I have worked with a large variety of clientele ranging in age from 5 to 65 in various settings during my career. My passion lies in helping those who are suffering from perinatal/postpartum and antenatal mood disorders. I enjoy coming along side and supporting these moms thorough the various challenges and joys that occur before, during and after pregnancy. Some of which include infertility, pregnancy loss, relationship challenges, and relationship changes.

In addition to my work with Perinatal mothers, I also enjoy working with women ages 19+ who are dealing with anxiety, depression, overall life struggles/phases of life issues, stress management and communication difficulties, all while working from a faith based Christian counseling perspective.

In my free time I enjoy spending time with my husband and two sons, running, reading, attending sporting events, being with friends and exploring the outdoors (especially when it is sunny).
